I’m was listening to PGP #543, and you guys were talking about weight loss. Ever here of Tim Ferriss’s slow carb diet? I tried it for about two weeks and I lost 10 pounds without working out. I didn’t follow it exactly cause I love me some carbs. All you have to do is have 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up and the pounds start to come off, if you eat sensibly the rest of the day. The plus to this diet is you get a eat anything you want day once a week. So if you want the Shakey’s buffet once a week you can do it on this diet, it’s encouraged. Just gotta have that protein in the morning.
