The food truck festival for May 14th, 2011

Hey Gina and Randy,

I’m sorry for not coming back to your booth after my delivery of the three lobster roll and two chicken bayou bisque bowls. Unfortunately I’m sorry but I didn’t return because my wife had a tummy issue that required us to leave. We did enjoy a lot of different food which include the Lobsta truck, the grill cheese truck, ragin’ Cajun, Coolhaus truck, Arockinice truck, Maui Wowi Hawaii, Lake St. Creamery which was right next to your booth and Longboards Ice Cream truck. It was a very fun event and I know I ate way more than I should have because I was barely able to walk up the tunnel when we were exiting Santa Anita. Here’s a brief list of the stuff we ate from the trucks:

Lobsta Truck: Lobster rolls with butter

Grill Cheese: Cheesy Mac and Rib which is macaroni and cheese with sharp cheddar with bbq pork, caramelized onions.

Ragin’ Cajun: Chicken bayou bisque bowl

Coolhaus: Snicker doodle cookies with vanilla bean ice cream with bacon bits

AROCKinIce: Rainbow snow cone with Strawberry, Watermelon, Piña Colada and blue berry flavor.

Maui Wowi Hawaii: A strawberry mango smoothie made with orange juice and a banana. When all these flavors blended together it tasted like a guava smoothie which my wife loves.

Lake St. Creamery: My wife had a strawberry basil ice cream which she disliked because the basil flavor was to strong. I had a donut flavored ice cream which was incredible.

Longboards Ice Cream: We had what was called the OG which was a strawberry ice cream cover in milk chocolate and caramel with peanuts and gram cracker pieces on the outside.

We enjoyed all the food except for the strawberry basil ice cream. I hope you guys enjoyed the food we got for you and we had a lot of fun at this great event. PG Peep for live.
