Randy — iPhone app

Randy – I’ve got an iPhone app suggestion for you…  try My Fitness Pal  (free)   it’s a food intake diary, as well as an exercise and weight record.  based on your height, weight and age it gives you a target calorie intake.    I’ve been using it for 3 weeks and I’m down 12 lbs.   (and we’re similar in stats – I’m 6’1″ was 242 lbs).   anyway, it’s made me more aware of what I’m eating and I’m making better choices,  has a built in barcode scanner with the camera and most restaurant menus are in the database so I’ve been ordering based on the calories after I search the restaurants menu..
I’m not callin ya fat – but you always talk about eating healthier…. so I thought I’d share what I’ve been doing.
