Cooking chicken.

Do not freeze! If frozen, thaw by putting it in a ziplock bag and leaving it under cold running water for 15-25 minutes.

If not frozen, place in ziplock bag with tongs or gloves.

Pour in marinade (equal parts soy sauce and sake with a liberal amount of sugar = teriyaki) or sprinkle in rub liberally. Seal bag and shake it a bit. The bag will shield bacteria. Leave in sink for 15-20 minutes. Plug in Foreman in meantime, finish that episode of the League. Place chicken on Foreman with tongs and cook for a total of 7-9 minutes or so.

If you are afraid of doneness, cut up the raw chicken and cook it in pieces.
